As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will bridge the gap between customer business needs and innovative payment technology solutions. You will lead technical solution strategies throughout the pre-sales process, helping customers identify secure, scalable, and effective payment solutions. Working closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Implementation teams, you will guide stakeholders through complex technical requirements and influence strategic business decisions. Your expertise will help turn customer challenges into practical solutions that support successful implementations and long-term growth. You will also bring valuable customer insights into product discussions, contributing to continuous innovation, stronger customer relationships, and business success within a collaborative global environment.
