CRM Lead Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Lead Engineer based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced CRM Lead Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership for an enterprise Salesforce CRM platform. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of CRM Engineers while overseeing technical delivery, engineering standards, and platform reliability. You will combine strong development expertise with people leadership, guiding the design, implementation, and optimization of complex CRM solutions. Working closely with architecture, product, delivery, security, data, and DevSecOps teams, you will ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality engineering outcomes. You will also drive continuous improvement, strengthen development practices, and help modernize the platform. This is an excellent opportunity to shape enterprise CRM capabilities while remaining actively involved in technical execution.
