About the Role
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years directly managing and scaling a team of Product Managers.
- Proven track record leading complex hardware-software products—specifically involving robotics and electromechanical systems.
- Demonstrated success taking complex, technical products from concept (0-to-1) through deployment and commercial scale.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Superb executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability startup environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with project and product management frameworks and tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, SmartSheets).

Compensation: USD 220,000 – 290,000 per year salary
