The Implementation Lead will drive the successful onboarding and launch of strategic customers and partners, ensuring a smooth transition from signed agreement to full adoption. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and customer enablement to deliver complex B2B SaaS implementations. You will oversee enterprise and host agency rollouts, API and white-label integrations, data migrations, and technical setup from beginning to end. Working closely with Sales, Strategic Accounts, Product, Engineering, RevOps, and Customer Experience teams, you will keep projects on track and address risks before they affect delivery. You will also establish scalable implementation processes, build repeatable playbooks, and improve how customers are brought onto the platform. This is a high-ownership opportunity to influence operational excellence while supporting the growth of a product used by travel professionals across the industry.
