Limbic · United States
Product Manager owning the week-to-week product cadence for Limbic's Access product, an AI front-door tool used with NHS and US health systems. Responsibilities include roadmap prioritisation, triaging inbound bugs and requests, owning the incident loop, and maintaining Mixpanel instrumentation. The role is a delivery role for the next 4-6 months with a path to more strategic scope.
Product Manager - Limbic Access
Limbic builds AI-powered mental healthcare. Our front-door Access product talks to thousands of patients a month across the NHS and major US health systems. Access is past 0→1 in the UK and US: the product exists, customers are live, the model is proven. We're hiring a Product Manager to take it 1→10 in the US, against a growing pipeline of enterprise customers, owning the team's day-to-day product cadence. The job is to ship and ship well.
You'll own the week-to-week rhythm that turns engineering into shipped product:
You've shipped product before. Maybe one or two roles in. You want real product management. The kind where you own outcomes, not Jira tickets.
You won't fit if you need polished process, a heavy spec phase, or a team that loves meetings. We're ahead of our process.
Two things to know.
One. It's a delivery role for now, with a clear set of projects to execute on (but prioritize and sequence effectively). You'll grow into more strategic scope over the next 4-6 months. The immediate brief is to make the engineering team's product cadence quieter and more predictable.
Two. The team is small and load is high. The hire exists because we need to free senior product time for discovery and strategy on a separate product. You might feel the pressure of that. In return: real customers (millions of lives) and the opportunity to iterate the product in a company-defining direction.
