Summary of Position:

Scholar Rock is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Senior Director, Enterprise Data & Analytics to build and lead our enterprise data capabilities as we scale as a global commercial biotechnology company.

This leader will be responsible for connecting data across enterprise systems and transforming it into trusted, timely, and readily accessible information that enables employees and leaders to make informed decisions. The role will establish scalable data architecture, engineering, integration, governance, analytics, and AI enablement capabilities across Commercial, Research & Development, Technical Operations, Quality, and General & Administrative (G&A) functions.

We are looking for a builder and a doer, someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, rolls up their sleeves to solve complex challenges, and delivers practical solutions while building a high-performing team.
