Are you someone who can confidently troubleshoot server, virtualization, storage, backup, and connectivity issues in enterprise environments? Do you regularly monitor infrastructure and service health, assess alerts, and take action to minimize business impact?
We are looking for a methodical and reliable Senior Endpoint Operations Consultant for our Calgary branch working onsite at a dedicated client in NE Calgary!
You will monitor infrastructure alerts, investigates incidents, performs routine maintenance and approved changes, completes service requests, and keeps clients and the operations team informed through clear, timely ticket updates. The position works with internal technical teams and vendor support to restore service and maintain reliable, well-documented operations.

Compensation: CAD 82,100 – 107,730 per year salary
