Senior Manager, Financial Systems & Data Analytics

Purpose of the Job 

The Senior Manager, Financial Systems & Data Analytics will lead the governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Anaplan, Finance data models, GL-sourced data processes, reporting, and analytics capabilities. This role supports management decision-making, regulatory reporting, planning, month-end close, and Finance transformation initiatives through strong system ownership, data controls, and partnership with FP&A, Accounting, Finance leadership, Technology, Data/EDM, Risk/Controls, and business stakeholders. 

Role at a glance

This is a highly hands-on role that combines strong technical capability with effective senior stakeholder management.

• 50–60% | Hands-on technical work: You’ll be actively coding in Python and SQL, consolidating and analyzing financial data and reports across 4–5 different systems. This role requires someone who is comfortable getting into the data, working through complexity, and translating it into meaningful insights.
• 20–30% | Senior stakeholder management: You’ll work closely with Director-level and above stakeholders, presenting financial data and analysis in a way that is clear, concise, and relevant to the business. Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex analysis into an effective business story will be critical.
• 10–20% | Team  management: You’ll provide leadership and oversight to Senior Analysts and external vendors, ensuring priorities and deliverables stay aligned.
