Gamma · San Francisco
Owns end-to-end design of Gamma product features, from concept through launch, including flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs. Builds prototypes, runs experiments, and conducts user research, working daily with PMs and engineers. Uses Figma and modern prototyping tools.
About the role
You'll own the end-to-end design of features that millions of people use to create, teach, and persuade. From early 0-to-1 explorations to polished refinements at scale, you'll collaborate daily with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, prototype, test, and ship across Gamma's core product surfaces.
This role demands someone who can move fast and light: creating quick prototypes, running lean experiments, and iterating based on data to hit measurable outcomes. You'll balance speed with craft, knowing when to polish pixels and when to ship and learn. If you've designed for modern productivity tools and understand how people actually work, you'll thrive here.
