As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex banking and financial services initiatives, with a particular focus on implementing online banking solutions. You will oversee multiple project teams and large-scale programs, ensuring successful delivery while aligning execution with broader business objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders and clients, you will drive strategic planning, facilitate collaborative discussions, and manage project risks, changes, and challenges. You will also promote Agile and Scrum practices, coach teams, and identify opportunities to improve processes and organizational effectiveness.
