About the Role

Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a Senior Scrum Master who serves as a recognized expert in guiding high-complexity technical teams. In this role, you will do more than just facilitate meetings; you will be the strategic lead for the product lifecycle of sophisticated information systems, ranging from telecommunications to modeling and simulation. Your expertise will ensure that Agile quality practices are integrated into the architecture of our nation’s most critical networking and automation systems, directly impacting Redhorse’s mission to modernize government operations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience/Clearance

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 20+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and related technical fields.
• Demonstrated experience with both modern and legacy technologies related to networking and communications protocols.
• Proven track record of managing complex software development methodologies and systems architecture.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical plans to senior government stakeholders.

Desired Experience

The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.

Compensation: USD 250,000 – 280,000 per year salary
