As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deliver secure, mission-critical software solutions supporting high-impact government and defense initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in Palantir Foundry and modern software engineering practices to transform complex business and operational challenges into scalable technical solutions. Working within multidisciplinary product teams, you will collaborate directly with clients, developers, engineers, and military personnel to accelerate software delivery and improve mission outcomes. You will champion agile methodologies, continuous delivery, test-driven development, and AI-assisted engineering to build reliable, user-focused applications. Beyond hands-on development, you will mentor engineers, facilitate technical discussions, and promote engineering excellence.
