VP of Engineering

The VP of Engineering will play a pivotal role in building and scaling technology solutions that improve access to affordable medications across the United States. This hands-on engineering leadership opportunity involves developing innovative healthcare platforms that streamline medication donations and distribution. Working closely with executive leadership, you will help transform an early-stage product into a scalable solution supporting major health systems and pharmacy partners. You will oversee full-stack product development, technical architecture, cloud infrastructure, and engineering quality. The role combines strategic technical decision-making with hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup environment. You will also establish the engineering foundations, processes, and standards needed to support future team growth. This is an opportunity to use technology to address meaningful healthcare challenges and improve patient access to essential medications.
