  • Plan and execute task orders, aligning labor categories, hours, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with contract requirements.
  • Monitor service availability, ticket performance, preventive maintenance, vulnerability remediation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct coordination during outages, cybersecurity incidents, escalated support requests, and mission-critical events.
  • Oversee transition activities, knowledge transfer, continuity planning, and maintenance of essential contractor services.
  • Maintain program schedules, risk and issue registers, performance reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate IT and AV/VTC support with instructional schedules, classroom requirements, and live events.
  • Identify practical improvements that reduce recurring incidents and improve service quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance or higher.
  • At least 12 years of progressively responsible IT experience, including five years managing DoD IT service delivery or a comparable technical support program.

  • Experience managing contract performance, staffing, subcontractors, budgets, deliverables, and service-level commitments.
  • Technical understanding sufficient to evaluate risks, guide technical leads, and communicate operational impacts across: Enterprise networks and structured cabling. Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, storage, and backup/recovery. Hybrid cloud operations, preferably Microsoft Azure. Cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability remediation, and incident response. Help desk operations, ticket escalation, and service restoration. • Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government stakeholders and translate technical issues into clear decisions and corrective actions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Marine Corps, military education, classroom technology, or comparable DoD environments.
  • Experience managing IDIQ task orders and supporting Government contract transitions.
  • A career background progressing from network or systems operations into technical team leadership and program management.

Education / Experience:
