    WHO WE ARE

At Mizzen+Main, we believe what we wear to work reflects what we think of work. And we think work is fun. We think it’s a place of joy, collaboration, discipline, laughter, the ups and downs, and everything in between all of those things. That’s why we make clothes that make people comfortable. We make clothes that let people breathe and stretch and move and think. We make clothes that let them work. And we have a good time doing it.

Founded in 2012 with the belief that there is a better way, Mizzen+Main is a premium men’s brand with product rooted in performance fabrics and tailored silhouettes. Mizzen+Main is a multi-channel brand, comprised of our Ecommerce site, Retail Stores, and Wholesale Partners across the US, with our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Our Values are simple and guide everything we do: We Have Commitments, We Think Big, We Act as Owners, We’re People Too, and We Never Settle.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Systems Administrator, you’ll keep our business systems running smoothly through the administration, performance, and ongoing evolution of our ERP platform and connected applications. You’ll partner across teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and support the integrations and upgrades that help our business move with speed and confidence. You’ll also be a go‑to resource for user support, access management, and device setup across both our office and retail environments. If you love solving problems, making systems better, and helping people do their best work, you’ll feel right at home here.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Administer and configure the ERP platform (NetSuite preferred), including roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, and data governance.
    • Maintain system integrity through audits, documentation, and proactive monitoring.
    • Support integrations between ERP and other business applications.
    • Partner with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support new functionality.
    • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles. Monitor and manage patches and OS updates as needed.
    • Develop system integrations and maintain existing ones, using the DellBoomi SaaS platform.
    • Manage core business applications, user provisioning, and system access controls.
    • Maintain documentation for systems, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
    • Monitor system performance and escalate issues appropriately.
    • Provide user support for hardware, software, and account issues.
    • Work closely with IT service providers to support users in the office and retail stores.
    • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks and device setup.
    • Help users understand system changes, new features, or updated workflows.
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, company and customer information.
    • Stay abreast of system technology best practices and changing technologies for business technology enhancements.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, ERP administration, or business systems support.
    • Hands‑on experience with an ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred, but open to others).
    • Understanding of system integrations, APIs, or middleware tools.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a process‑improvement mindset.
    • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
    • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Thorough understanding and demonstrated experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and any form of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
    • Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting; experience with the Dell Boomi platform is a plus.
    • Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment.
    • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
    • Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑site, or retail/omni‑channel environment is a plus.
    • Knowledge in at least one programming language.
    • Good organization, time management and prioritization.
    • Travel to retail locations may be required to install new hardware.

    Why Mizzen+Main?

Not only are we makers of the best damn dress shirt, but we also strive to create the Best Damn Place to Work. We believe your work self can be your actual self because our office is more than just a place of work, and your job shouldn't be just another one of life's compartments. We build high performing teams and prioritize personal and professional growth and development. Our unlimited PTO and 11 paid holidays support work life balance and the opportunity to stay connected with what's important. We also appreciate leaving the office early, once each quarter, to spend time together socially and learn about one another's whole self, not just our work selves. Do what you love and love what you do. Why wait? Today's a Good Day For It.
