In this role, you will own the strategy and development of analytics, reporting, and AI-powered capabilities that help small businesses better understand and manage their operations. You will shape the data foundation that powers meaningful insights, ensuring information is reliable, accessible, and actionable. You will also drive the evolution of an AI-powered conversational experience, bringing together dashboards, reports, and intelligent chat into one seamless platform. Working closely with engineering teams and product leadership, you will have significant ownership over the roadmap and the opportunity to influence product direction.
