We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that transform how Product, Product Marketing, and Design teams operate. In this role, you will build AI-powered agents, applications, and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and accelerate decision-making across the product lifecycle. Working directly with non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, you will turn complex business needs into practical, production-ready AI solutions. You will leverage cutting-edge models, retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and modern development tools to deliver meaningful productivity gains. As a senior individual contributor, you will have significant autonomy to define priorities, own projects end to end, and establish reusable technical components. This is an opportunity to shape AI adoption across a globally distributed organization where innovation, speed, engineering excellence, and measurable impact are highly valued.
