経験豊富な日本語で対応可能なデータベースサポートエンジニアを募集し、サポートチームに参加していただきます。開発者の複雑な課題解決を支援し、より信頼性の高い開発を実現し、Supabaseプラットフォームを最大限に活用していただけるようサポートします。お客様やグローバルのエンジニアリングチームと密接に連携し、実際の利用状況に基づいて製品品質や開発者体験の向上に貢献していただきます。

主な業務内容
このポジションでは、以下の業務を担当していただきます。

• Postgres、認証、RLS、ストレージ、リアルタイム機能、Edge Functions、クライアントライブラリにまたがる高度な顧客課題の調査・解決
• ワークロードの最適化やよくある落とし穴の回避に向けたコンサルティング的かつ積極的なアドバイスの提供、および最も高度なユーザーへの個別対応
• バグの再現、根本原因の特定、回避策の提案、および確実な再現手順を伴うエンジニアリングチームへのエスカレーション
• 不完全な報告内容を対応可能な案件に変えるための、的確で的を絞った質問
• あらゆるレベルの顧客ユーザーとの明確かつ思いやりのあるコミュニケーション(特に影響度が高い、または緊急性の高い状況において)
• チケット全体からパターンを見出し、ドキュメント、ツール、製品自体の改善を提案
• ジュニアメンバーの育成、サポート品質全体の向上への貢献

以下に当てはまる方はこのポジションに向いています

• テクニカルサポート、バックエンドエンジニアリング、SRE、または類似職種で6年以上の経験がある方
• PostgreSQLに関する深い知識をお持ちの方(autovacuumの挙動、WALの増加、長時間実行トランザクション、テーブルの肥大化などの内部構造を含む)
• 高パフォーマンスなSQLおよびクエリ最適化に強みをお持ちの方
• マルチテナントのスキーマパターンを含む、複雑な構成のトラブルシューティングに抵抗がない方
• Edge Functionsのデバッグができ、障害が複雑化した際の分散システムの挙動を理解できる方
• データ移行に関する問題(pg_dump/restore、スキーマの差異、移行失敗など)に対応した経験があり、安全な復旧方法を理解している方
• AWSなどのクラウドホスティングプロバイダーでの実務経験がある方
• ターミナルおよびLinux環境に抵抗なく対応できる方
• 業務量の多い状況でも力を発揮でき、素早く仮説を立てて検証できる方

• 日本語・英語のバイリンガルであること
• 日本語の顧客を対象に、技術製品のサポートを行った経験があること
• 日本在住が望ましいですが、日本の勤務時間帯に対応できれば勤務地は柔軟に対応可能です
