The Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of all company computer systems—such as cloud servers, switches, firewalls, and cloud-based tools. They are also tasked with coordinating with other departments to assist in technical projects when necessary. This role leads IT projects end to end, including infrastructure migrations, software rollouts, and cross-functional technology initiatives, and supports the IT team's contribution to the company's SOC 2 audit cycle.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Work with all internal teams to identify and implement necessary IT solutions
- Plan, configure, and maintain all infrastructure hardware and software systems
- Aid with escalated help desk support tickets
- Coordinate with outside vendors of hardware, software, and services to provide a seamless experience for end-users, anticipate future needs, and control organizational costs
- Investigate, understand, and resolve problems with local and remote infrastructure
