    What You'll Do:

Join our dynamic Global Supplier Management and Technical Sourcing team, where you'll be a key driver in forging strategic partnerships that fuel technical innovation, uphold rigorous quality standards, and deliver significant cost savings through optimized supply chain solutions.

    About the Role:

As a Technical Sourcing Manager, Networking you’ll be the primary commercial lead for critical network hardware systems and products powering our cutting-edge data center deployments. You’ll spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives, build robust supplier relationships, and ensure supply chain resilience by developing diverse sourcing options. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the hardware landscape, leading complex negotiations, and collaborating with engineering teams to shape business and technology roadmaps. Leveraging your deep industry knowledge and strategic supplier connections, you’ll optimize the total cost of ownership for our rapidly expanding global infrastructure. In this role, you will develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps across Connectivity, Optical and Backbone, maintain a pulse on emerging technologies and industry trends to conduct competitive analyses, cultivate strong relationships with executive leadership at core suppliers, and lead complex supplier negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, and business awards. You will also own and implement master supply agreements and statements of work, drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing and development to support seamless transitions from NPI to mass production, and propose and implement supply chain enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

    Who You Are:

    • 8+ years of proven experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries.
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration. Equivalent experience in high-tech commodity management will be considered.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
    • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
    • Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
    • Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.
    • Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.

    Preferred:

    • Master's degree in a technical, engineering field, or Business Administration.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

    • You love to build strategic supplier partnerships, lead complex negotiations, and drive sourcing decisions that improve cost, quality, and supply resilience.
    • You’re curious about emerging networking technologies, market dynamics, and how supplier roadmaps can shape long-term infrastructure strategy.
    • You’re an expert in technical sourcing, cross-functional execution, and optimizing total cost of ownership across high-performance hardware supply chains.
