In this role, you will connect Product, Engineering, R&D, and IT teams to ensure technology services are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You will oversee service roadmaps, lifecycles, performance, and operational models while translating technical requirements into actionable priorities. Working across a complex technology ecosystem, you will drive service adoption, optimize costs, and strengthen delivery capabilities. This position combines technical expertise, product-oriented thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
