• Have experience in web design, brand identity, or digital design, and have a truly exceptional portfolio that shows off a strong eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Are familiar with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), or are confident in their ability to quickly become comfortable with these tools.
• Enjoy building visual systems, like type scales, color palettes, iconography, and reusable components, that turn a brand into a flexible design language working across many pages and screens.
• Are passionate about typography, imagery, and visual storytelling. They notice the details others miss, collect inspiration from websites, brands, and campaigns they admire, and have strong opinions about what makes a design feel memorable.

• Have experience in mobile app design, web design, or digital product design, and have a truly exceptional design portfolio to show off that work.
• Are familiar with design tools like Figma or Sketch or are confident in their ability to quickly become comfortable with these tools.
• Enjoy diving into technical details and are curious about the technologies used to build modern websites, apps, and other digital products. They're the first among friends to know about the latest trends, methods, and tools in the web and tech industries.
• Are passionate about design, aesthetics, and usability. They have an innate sense for what makes a great digital product and likely keep a mental list of products they love and those they hate.
